Berry Cream Muffins

Berry Cream Muffins
Ingredients:
4 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
4 eggs
2 cups sour cream
1 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda. Add berries and toss gently. In a separate bowl, combine eggs, sour cream, oil and vanilla. Mix well. Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Fill paper- lined cups (don't fill more than about ½ way, makes about 3 dozen). Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
