Our Children are Not For Sale

What is happening to the innocence of our children? Are we adults SO perverted and desperate for fulfilling our own sexual appetites that we can't support laws that protect our children? Are we going to stand by as we continue to push our country into an international revamp and let International child sex laws affect U.S. policy?
Our children already are facing an enormous amount of sexual dangers in our country! The United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund (UNICEF) have reported that one in five American children who use the Internet are approached by an adult stranger who wants a sexual encounter.
Other dangers lie in the whole realm of professionals redefining the basics of what abuse is even defined as!! Sam Kastensmidt wrote a great article posted at reclaimamerica.org, which highlights just that. The American Psychological Association has published the "Rind Report," asking Congress to get rid of terms like "molestation" when referring to an act of sexually abusing a child. They have been lobbying for a value neutral term like "adult-child sex or "willing encounter." The Department of Education has released a study, which is enough to freak any parent out! They discovered in one survey that one out of every ten students had experienced unwanted sexual encounters by an educator!! Also that more than 4.5 million students will be subjected to sexual abuse by an employee of a school between kindergarten and 12th grade."
You would think that these stats and dangers would be enough to wake up congress, the ACLU and other groups regarding our children's safety…but no….what am I thinking? When you are selfish and perverted by nature and already look the other way regarding 50 million abortions why spend too much energy protecting the kids after they are born?
As our culture declines and morals descend into fossil exhibits we see pressures to lower the age of consent. The ACLU wants it down to age 13. Other countries continue to share their enlightenment in this area. Already we see Denmark, France, Sweden, Poland and the Czech Republic having their national age of consent at 15. Of course, even more enlightened is Hungary, Austria and Canada, with its consent age at 14. Just when you think you can't get inspired any further, Mexico, the Netherlands, Argentina, Chile and Columbia blows our mind with a consent age of 12! According to Sam Kastensmidt at relaimamerica.org, there are reports that more than 16,000 Mexican children are into prostitution! There are groups here and abroad who won't stop until there is NO sexual age of consent!!!
The scary thing to me is that we as a country are morphing more into International Law i.e. North American Union, looking at international governing bodies to make our legal decisions and literally establishing or dismantling are very moral system!
Our own Supreme Court has relied on international law to strike down a Texas anti-sodomy statue. Even Justice Ginsburg has called for the sexual age of consent to be lowered to 12 years old. The depravity and betrayal to our children and culture is NEON!!!
What we are really talking about is the blatant assault on our very standard of morality and submission to a higher standard, namely God. If we can demonize God's standards, our Christian heritage and absolute guidelines of sexual protection and expectation for our children, we can turn our culture into walking, acting out machines of perversion.
WHO CARE WHAT INTERNATIONAL LAW IS DOING? WHO CARES WHAT PERVERTS ARE WANTING? IT'S TIME TO REMIND OURSELVES OF THE REAL ABSOLUTES! OUR CHILDREN ARE OUR NATIONAL TREASURES! THEIR SEXUALITY IS LINKED TO MATURING AS PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL AND SPIRITUAL BEINGS. IT IS NOT TO BE MINIMIZED AND TRANSLATED INTO CHEAP CARNIVAL RIDES!!!
We must keep the age of consent up, turn to God and remind ourselves of real values, prosecute sex offenders who want to experiment and play with our kids and draw REAL lines in the sand, not slime in the sand!
