I remember teaching people to rebound right after taking their VidaCell. They didn't understand how important it was to the immune system. I perceive that some of you are having a hard time connecting rebound exercise and VidaCell as well. That is perhaps you have not had your "ah ha" yet. An "ah ha" is when the light comes on in the old noggin. You catch a glimmer of light that just seems to ring true and you can't help yourself and you exclaim, "ah ha." Let me see if I can help you experience an "ah ha."

You are made up of 75 trillion cells (let's accept that because I don't what to have to count them.) Each cell lives in the same environment. It is called the internal environment. Each cell is extremely intelligent because it has its own copy of the blueprint of the entire body, the DNA. All cells have the responsibility of keeping the body healthy, and they know their jobs. In fact, although each of us lives in a hostile environment, the natural state of the body is that of perfect health because the cells of the body are doing their jobs.

As humans our job is to help our cells do their jobs, however, there are only four things we can do to help them. We must provide them with cell food, cell exercise, cell environment and cell communication. This known as the "Healthy Cell Concept" and includes the following four sections:

1. Cell food is the food the cells of the body would select if they had the opportunity of doing the shopping. The lymphatic system is a system of tubes that is filled with one-way valves that keep the lymph fluid flowing in one direction so the body does not clog up with wastes. The lymphatic system is known as the internal vacuum cleaner of the body and has the ability to suck out toxins, poisons, trash, and metabolic waste. This makes it possible for the oxygen and nutrients to bathe and feed the cells. The way to activate the one-way valves is by and up and down activity or vigorous movement. If we all had a little label on our foreheads that read "shake well before using" it would be an asset! Rebound exercise is the most efficient, effective form of exercise yet devised by man because it exercises all of the cells at once.
   
   
3. Cell environment is an internal water environment, a friendly place to live for all cells, free of pollutants and free radicals. Our responsibility is to provide pure water and eliminate the free radicals.
   
   
4. Cell communication is the information passed from cell to cell, organ to organ. Cells are communicating with each other at all times. That is the difference between things that are alive and things that are dead. The less they have to communicate about health problems, the more they can send healthy messages.
   
   

The synergistic affect on our health of the four parts of the Healthy Cell Concept is phenomenal! Those who are involved with cell food should be involved with cell exercise, and those who rebound should be concerned about cell food, cell environment and cell communication, don't you think?
