The Vurtego V2 is the latest step in the evolution of high performance pogo sticks. With a fully integrated one piece bottom bracket and stainless steel slider shaft rotated 45 degrees for added strength, the V2 is the lightest and strongest pogo stick we've ever built. The larger pedal surface area provides a stable platform for beginning riders, and optional riser bars allow riders to choose less aggressive configurations for exercise-focused bouncing. The V2 - air is good! Comes standard with SoftTop top cap protector.Vurtego Testimonials

The choreography has a lot of
diversity and as more and more aerobic instructors start experimenting
with the limits of Rebound Aerobics we are going to see a lot of fun
and jazzy choreography in Rebound Aerobics classes. This is a very easy
program to add for health clubs. There are no special rooms to build.
There isn’t a clinic that instructors have to attend every 3 months to
stay certified. It is low cost. So even smaller clubs are jumping on
the band wagon.

Inactive adults who add a few hours of exercise each week may cut their risk of developing a pre-diabetic condition known as insulin resistance syndrome, even if they don’t lose weight. Exercise works by increasing the sensitivity of insulin receptors so the insulin that is present works much more effectively and your body doesn’t need to produce as much.

Most prescriptions require a trip to the local pharmacy, however, one hospital's obesity program gives out prescription scripts for exercise. As an attempt to battle obesity, this hospital includes a unique physical fitness program as part of the doctors' orders. An unlikely pairing of physicians and hiking enthusiasts make up this personalized prescription for exercise program. Experts attribute the success of the program to its individualized nature and providing the patients with detailed trail maps to accomplish their weight-loss goals.
