    Tips for Healthy Eating on the Run

    One of the biggest obstacles to healthy eating is a lack of time, which is what discourages many people from making the leap to eat much more healthily. Because fast food and junk food appears to be much more readily available than healthy options, many people simply succumb to the temptation and eat poorly during their busy days. What many people do not realize is that it only takes a little bit of pre-planning to ensure that meals and snacks are healthy during the day. The following are some tips which will help you opt for the healthier eating choices during your busy, stressful day.

    Modern medicine has a drug and a diagnostic test for just about everything and, because of this edifice of pharmacological technology, people are generally in awe of doctors and the medical profession. Despite our amazing scientific advances - television, movies, the space shuttle, walking on the moon, etc. - we have gotten nowhere when it comes to chronic disease. 

    Cellular energy. It sounds modern, but it’s as old as life itself. And it’s the very foundation of good health. When we have cell energy, we think better, feel better, move better, look better and perform better. That’s because, at a very basic physical level, our cells are responsible for everything our bodies do. Healthier cells mean improved vitality, mental clarity, weight management and physical performance. Cell energy also offsets the aging process brought on by cell degeneration. In a manner of speaking, achieving optimum cell energy is akin to having our own internal fountain of youth.

    Cellular Nutrition

    Our bodies are confronted daily by excessive production of free radicals caused by our polluted environment, stressful lifestyles, and over-medicated society. Though we can certainly reduce the amount of free radicals our bodies’ produce (not smoking, decreasing stress levels, and avoiding toxic chemicals), our bodies are still unable to fight the overwhelming daily attack on the natural defense system.
