The goal in a day's time is to end up pH balanced but slightly more on the alkaline side than on the acid. There are products (i.e. Monatau Extreme and ElectraLight) available that create alkaline water. This will be extremely beneficial when our diets are prone to be more acidic, but we need to remember that our goal is to achieve homeostasis.
