    How long can Congressional Democrats hope to continue their anti-capitalist, anti-American agenda without facing accountability from the voting public? Current indicators are that they intend to hold firm on their signature issues, believing that the public will simply not recognize the correlation between their actions of recent years, and the horrendous economic fallout that ensued as a direct result. And nowhere can this relationship be seen more clearly than in the skyrocketing energy prices currently threatening to squeeze the vitality from the American middle class.


    Judeo-Christian Values

    Judeo-Christian Values in America have a basis in the Declaration of Independence: 'We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness'' Since the pursuit of happiness, as Sigmund Freud surmised, is tied to human love and to creative work and play, the principles of American Judeo-Christian Values can rightly be summarized as the honoring of God-given Life, Liberty and Creativity. This seed of American social justice was then fleshed out in the U.S. Constitution through reason and common sense, unencumbered by the dysfunctional religious and secular traditions, and laws of Old Europe. Our founding fathers separated church from state, but they wisely did not separate God from state; they acknowledged God as the source of our rights, and, in fact, they were careful to place Biblical morality directly into our founding documents and laws, and into our values and culture precisely to help prevent a future of totalitarian or tyrannical rule in America.

    Educate Jurors

    If you are reading this, you are already searching for solutions to problems caused by the government. Each day, government politicians and bureaucrats impose more and more restrictions on our freedoms. Government’s tyrannical gun controls, privacy violations, the confiscation of property, and claiming ownership of the fruits of our labor ~ and even of our bodies ~ are worsening daily.

    Most Americans are unaware that at the stroke of a pen, at the onset of a national emergency, their lifestyle could be drastically altered. Presidential executive orders on the books today grant sweeping power to one man to authorize that change.

    Constitution Denied

    Should parents be instructed by their children on how the parents run the household? The parents by virtue of their position as creator of the children tell the children how they are to behave, not the other way around.Who created the federal government? The Constitution states that “We the People” created the government for specific and defined purposes with specific and defined powers. One of the responsibilities of “We the People” is to ensure the government is held accountable.

    Constitutional Discipline

    Why do we have government? Do we really need it? What would life be like without it? The absence of government is called anarchy. Anarchy isn’t always mob rule and rioting in the streets, although that is one possible outcome. Our current system of government seems to have deteriorated into mob rule, and the potential for rioting in the streets seems to be increasing daily. Very few people are willing to be completely responsible for their own self defense, so a majority of people demand some form of government—but which form is best.

    End the Domestic Police State

    On September 11, 2001, criminals in control of the U.S. government orchestrated a false flag terror attack against the American people in order to justify the invasion of Afghanistan and Iraq. George W. Bush blamed Osama Bin Laden and his so-called Al-Qaeda terror network for the attacks. Using Bin Laden and Al-Qaeda as a scapegoat, Bush launched a global war on terror despite having no substantial proof that Islamic terrorists were actually behind the attacks.

    Rotten Apples Rotten Oranges

    The most common American problem today is one of choice. The contemporary American choice is made by someone who is overworked and has little time left over from shopping to really compose a thought on their own.The average American has so much competing for their attention spans they often conclude they may not have the resources to think freely or make educated decisions on their own. When you can’t afford to think, the two-part choice is what you can afford. This cultural cornering goes to the advantage of a select few who offer us polarizing choices: Conservative Right vs. Liberal Left, Minority vs. Majority, Rich vs. Poor, Democrat vs. Republican.Those who choose another path altogether may be marginalized, ignored, antagonized, or find themselves in fights over their choices.

    Roadmap for Constitutional Recovery

    Although the founders of this great country tried to leave us with a federal government of strictly defined and limited powers, it has grown almost beyond constitutional recognition due to abuses in a few major areas: money, taxation, legislative, and judicial.We are all now paying a high price for things that should never have happened if the U.S. Constitution had been followed.We’ll explore these areas, and some possible solutions.

    The Original American Foreign Policy

    I have written before about the critical need for Congress to reassert its authority over foreign policy, and for the American people to recognize that the Constitution makes no distinction between domestic and foreign matters. Policy is policy, and it must be made by the legislature and not the executive. But what policy is best? How should we deal with the rest of the world in a way that best advances proper national interests, while not threatening our freedoms at home? I believe our founding fathers had it right when they argued for peace and commerce between nations, and against entangling political and military alliances —in other words, non-interventionism.
