So, what happened to “No?” What happened to a common sense “No” by “We The People” to the notion of implanting, or even forcibly implanting, people with microchips? Frog boiling – that’s what! We have been watching our liberties disappear slowly over time and we have failed to react. Now as the proverbial “water” heats up with the disappearance of our 4th amendment rights, we are finally waking up to see that we are almost cooked.

The Real ID Act is clearly unconstitutional for at least four reasons: 1 • It is blatant in its disregard for constitutional guarantees of privacy. 2 • The Real ID runs roughshod over states’ rights, violating 10th Amendment guarantees. 3 • It forces millions of Americans to violate their religious beliefs. 4 • It places conditions on the inalienable rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

Today's cowardly political leaders are the Neville Chamberlains of our day, giving into the unceasing demands of the modern day Sustainablist Nazis. The Greens, in their lust for control over our lives, have proven they will stop at nothing, able to lie, cheat and steal to get their way. Obviously they have no regard for the poor, who are suffering the most in this "green" society. They are stomping on individual thoughts and actions if it is contrary to their vision of a green utopia.

Based on previous writings, I am not inclined to correct potential conservative allies. However, and there is always a however, I could not let Rush's comment go unchallenged that the only way to manage the Supreme Court and other federal judges is with future Presidential appointments. Clarifying that point will occur in good time. The original title for this writing exercise was 'Between Traitor and Ugly American.'

In the days ahead we must circle the wagons and protect key areas of our rights that anyone on the left or right threatens whether for “progress” or not. Stand your ground in defending your 2nd amendment rights, your property rights, our sovereignty and border security and the protection and proper care of our food supply. Some things should not be negotiable nor for sale.

Many people say that, "Innocent Americans have nothing to fear from illegal government surveillance, so why get upset about it?" This objection completely ignores history. Politicians have repeatedly used such surveillance to harass domestic political foes. Indeed, one of the most striking revelations of the recently released "Family Jewels" documents from the CIA, is just how common such abuses have been. All administrations have been guilty of these abuses, Democrat and Republican. And the FBI has an even more notorious history of such abuses. And the evidence of abuse just continues to mount.

An Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA) under quiet negotiation by several countries including the U.S and Canada is raising concern in some quarters after a leaked document, purportedly offering more details on the nascent agreement, was posted on the Internet. The document, titled "Discussion Paper on a Possible Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement" (download PDF), was posted last week by the Wikileaks whistle-blower Web site. The four-page document was apparently quietly provided to select lobbyists in the "intellectual property industry" late last year -- but not, apparently, to public-interest organizations, according to Wikileaks.

Treason is defined as giving aid and comfort to the enemy in a time of war. "The offense of attempting by overt acts to overthrow the government of the state to which the offender owes allegiance; or of betraying the state into the hands of a foreign power." What else do we call a detailed plan to merge America with two foreign countries? What else do we call agendas being implemented, via treaties and agreements, that totally erase the sovereignty of this country and replace our constitutional republic with communism and fascism? What do we call the actions of Congress after Congress for decades with the blessing of president after president who continue to dismantle the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights?
Report Pushes Passage Of Thought Crimes Bill

The Internet is now becoming a new front in the phony terror war. Legislation like the Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007 that is in the forms of HR 1955 and S 1959 which seek to give the government powers to define thoughts and belief systems as homegrown terrorism, is on the brink of being pushed down our throats. HR 1955 was passed by the U.S. House of Representatives by a vote of 404-6 and now it appears as if the U.S. Senate is attempting to justify its future passage. The U.S. Senate homeland security committee lead by war mongering fascist Joesph Lieberman, investigated the so called growing threat of terrorists using the Internet for recruiting and training purposes.
