Mind Control

My name is James Michael Casbolt. The following is my life and testimony. I was born in London in 1976. I was chosen for an intelligence agency mind control and genetic enhancement programme before my birth and was born into the programme known as Project Mannequin. This project is one of the most secret and classified projects in this country, and this is the first ever book written about it.

Across America, the Air Force is constructing up to 400 towers specifically designed to allow the transmission of trigger-release codes for B-1 bomber and MX missile nuclear warheads at the beginning of nuclear war. Neither the Air Force, Congress, nor the American public has adequately informed itself about what the use of GWEN would mean to life on the planet. Nor, consequently, have we been able to make a considered decision on whether we should pursue such a politically and environmentally dangerous system.

Hospitals and airplanes ban the use of cell phones, because their electromagnetic transmissions can interfere with sensitive electrical devices. Could the brain also fall into that category?

Recently, we looked at the Rules of Engagement under which our military must labor. We saw that those rules are a prescription for defeat; that they are the main reason we have failed to win a war since World War II, and that el presidente Jorge W. Boosh administers them today. We saw that Señor Boosh could replace them whenever he likes with a prescription for victory, but of course he does not, because victory is the last thing he wants.

During these experiments in which Duncan would focus on a place, person, or object, the subject of his focus would actually physically appear somewhere on the base. There was something that was even more interesting in this though. During the time that Duncan was in the chair, and focusing on something, that object, person, or place would in fact appear, but it would appear at a time after he had already focused on it. It was soon realized, that the equipment that was being used for mind manipulation was also able to manipulate Time. Time itself was just as subject to being bent as were the minds that were the primary focus of these experiments.

The very point of such a thing would be its use on urban populations. Listen, you have a little country somewhere, you destabilise the populace with ELFs and conventional means and overwhelm the local law enforcement agencies, martial law is declared, the democratically elected government falls. You install a corrupt dictator. You say to the American people, 'We must send humanitarian aid.' A hundred million dollars is allocated to the small country. The corrupt dictator steals the goods and money, and deposits the laundered free and clear taxpayer dollars in an offshore American bank. Beginning to get the picture? Think of how perfectly foolproof this is, how elegant, how appealing, how logical, how insidious, how horrible, how possible, and all it costs is the suffering of thousands of people.

It is certainly clear to most of you by now that the human population can easily manipulated by electronic means using various methods developed through the military industrial complex. What may not be clear to you is that many of the EM effects can be initiated from outside of what is normally seen as the electromagnetic spectrum.
