Emotional Freedom Techniques
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) was originally designed to reduce the psychotherapy process from months and years down to minutes and hours. From there it was discovered that astonishing physical healings also occurred. Symptoms faded for everything from Migraine Headaches to Cancer. Complete details are given on the main EFT website. It often works where nothing else will.
When EFT Appears Not to Work

When progress with EFT seems stopped--or it seems like "it doesn't work"--EFT is usually not
the problem. Rather, the reason for the lack of progress can most often
be traced to the inexperience of the user. Why do I say this? Because
those who master EFT don't miss very often. They not only get their
share of "one minute wonders" but, compared to conventional techniques,
impressive progress is also made for just about any problem with an
emotional cause--including many physical ailments. In those cases where
the masters are stumped, however, they don't point the finger at EFT
for "not working."

Gail loses 110 pounds and her Fibromyalgia fades

Here is a classic weight loss case by EFT Contributing Editor Dr. Carol
Look. Please notice that Carol's client (Gail) made no progress with
her weight problem UNTIL she collapsed many emotional issues. These
emotional issues, of course, caused Gail's ANXIETY which, in turn,
drove her to overeat as a means of tranquilizing her emotional unrest. Carol provides us with the details behind this case (much of it in
Gail's words) and includes some of the important languaging used. Also
note how Gail's Fibromyalgia faded to near zero. We see this type of
improvement often after core emotional issues have been resolved with
EFT.
