Events are cascading so fast that preparation time is being compressed like the debris field on 9-11 at the World Trade Center disaster. Even among former skeptics, the apprehension is building rapidly that a banking catastrophe, terrorist event, or Middle East nuclear outbreak is unfolding on cue for the elite manipulators to complete their diabolical and deadly plan. I am not a date setter, but this one ranks up there with Noah getting the Ark finished ahead of the first sprinkles, or at least somewhat close to that. “Global warming,” Planet X, human munching E-T’s, or Bank of China U.S. Debt Collectors in Red Army uniforms all qualify you for this plan.

Only a few short weeks after introducing his so-called “Dietary Supplement Safety Act,” Republican Senator John McCain was already feeling the heat – so much so that, like Custer at the Little Big Horn, he felt compelled to dismount his high horse and defend his hugely mistaken foray into hostile Native territory. Short of ammunition and evidently just as shy on literacy, Johnny McCain issued a Senate Floor Statement that accused his opponents of the very faults he himself is displaying.

People who know history (especially American history), economics, business, human behavior, and world politics eschew ObamaCare — they see through its onerous foundation of blatant wealth redistribution.  Who, then, supports it? The lazy, the entitled, the naive, the uneducated, the foolish, and the great unwashed. Add to this list fake capitalists, charlatans, special-interest groups, globalists, and unabashedly ambitious bureaucrats.

Drafting legislation to expand federal power has become a popular sport in Washington. It is no longer necessary for a member to have proof of a genuine problem, problems can be declared even without proof of their existence or upon the prediction that they will soon be upon us. Fiction is just as good a basis for drafting legislation as fact, or so most members who play the legislation game see it. The way it works is simple. If you are a member of the House of Representatives or the Senate, you receive a steady stream of lobbyists into your office weekly. You then decide which of those visiting has the greatest money to give to you or the greatest popular pull or, preferably, both.

In the beginning, professional politicians laughed when people began to gather at “Tea Party” rallies and meetings. Then New Jersey and Virginia election results shook them. Their laughter became muted. Then Massachusetts happened – and they stopped laughing altogether and both political parties began plotting how to take the movement over. In some cases, they are succeeding and Tea Party leaders and members are remiss for letting them get away with it.

There are some in our society, and in government, that believe the Constitution is a living document that must “change” with the times. Oh really? They would have us believe that when someone writes a document for the establishment of a government that the documents meaning would change just because time had passed. And who would be the deciding voice on that change? And who would decide which passages are changeable and which were not? The absurdity of this belief should be, at once, plain for all to see; for how can law be established, and the Constitution is the gauge for all our law, if the basis for that law is transient?

It seems there’s a war going on right here in the U.S.A.: Elites vs. We the People...The Machine vs. Fed-up folks…Public education elites vs. Parents…Progressives vs. Pretty much everyone else.  Any group or person who speaks out against Obama’s radical economic policies is marginalized. You disagree with his policies, you’re a “racist” and a “bigot.” Oh please. There’s an abundance of doublespeak in the radical environmental movement. Global warming/climate change/climate crisis (now morphing into climategate) proponents are intolerant of skeptics that question their motives.

McCain’s bill is called The Dietary Supplement Safety Act (DSSA). It would repeal key sections of the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act (DSHEA). New supplements may be arbitrarily banned by the FDA or adopted by drug companies in a way that precludes their further sale as supplements. It would give the FDA full discretion and power to compile a discreet list of supplements allowed to remain on the market while banning all others.

Jim Cramer, a clear TV parrot for the status quo, made an astonishing statement, ‘boldly’ putting forward his approval for Fed chief Ben Bernanke and Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner in the midst of controversy while brandishing the many conspiratorial detractors with a nod to Wall Street’s connection with ‘the Bavarian Illuminati, the Trilateral Commission and Queen of England.’

Based on the amount of surprise coming out of Washington, D.C., it is clear that a lot of politicians do not understand why Americans are upset – and not just with liberal/progressive Democrats. They are upset with those elected to serve the people but who vote for legislation we the people oppose.  The politicians also don’t understand Tea Parties, what the true meaning of them is, or why people attend them. It’s almost like those we elected to serve our needs are just waking up. They now know that we know whose interests they serve – and it isn’t ours. Do citizens actually expect them to legislate on the basis of the Constitution? Unheard of poppycock!

What caused the 30 point lead of Martha Coakley to vaporize and the truck driving, virtually unknown Senator to score such an upset? Endless analysts are saying that this was really a vote against the national health care machine and Obama’s policies. As people have read chunks of this health care bill and it’s relatives, formerly devout democrats and of course Republicans have coiled at Obama and this congress’s idea of change.

For instance: what if you found out that you were of the pre 14th Amendment class of Citizen and did not require to pay certain license fees or that you could own your property outright without the fear of tax liens. In fact that every law that infringed upon your unalienable rights would automatically become void, but the government did not tell you. There would be a great deal of unhappy people in this world.
