Would you willingly give the federal government the money it steals from you each year if it were not for the fear of the IRS sending agents with guns, putting liens on your property, garnishing your bank accounts, and possibly sending you to jail? Would a property owner willfully give up their property if it were not for the fear of the Police coming with guns while the zoning enforcement officer steals your property?

The greatest uncertainty people fear is the unleashed regulator, unleashed by the Obama Administration with instructions to seek and destroy. They believe the new army of regulators coming out of the Obama Administration regard industry as exploitative and evil. They are undoubtedly correct, at least to the extent that career civil servants who have harbored hatred for those they regulate but have been stopped from taking adverse action by political appointees of a conservative bend now have no such barriers in their way. The rule of law, once held sacrosanct here, is now violated with impunity by federal regulatory agencies whose leaders think their missions more important than any laws that forbid their actions. They conduct under cover surveillance operations against citizens of this country, falsely representing their identities in an effort to induce violations of agency rules as a bases for prosecuting the offenders. Civil and criminal penalties can attend these violations, and many of the rules in question are either so obscure or counterintuitive as to seem incredible to those who violate them.

Just as with the Obama Administration plans eventual nationalization of healthcare, the tremendous amount of funds in private retirement plans and IRA accounts are also being targeted to meet future revenue needs. Bills have just been introduced in both the House and Senate to create the new Auto IRA accounts which will at first be voluntary but later will become mandatory like Social Security and I expect the early 3% employee after tax contribution levels to eventually rise to 10 to 15% of compensation rising even more than Social Security has increased over the years.

We have had to leave behind our home, our pets and our family to protect our children from these people. We have not commited any criminal offence or even been accused of anything yet they can still get court orders to place our children into care. We will not be bullied to return to the UK while they are threatening to take our children. We will take whatever steps necessary to keep our children safe, as any loving parent would.

Unethical and dangerous experimentation undoubtedly continues in secret up to the present time, under the guise of “national security.” Please think twice before signing up for any government sponsored medical studies particularly at leading medical institutions. One might also view doctors and especially scientists with a healthy dose of skepticism and a touch of paranoia.

There are some in our society, and in government, that believe the Constitution is a living document that must “change” with the times. Oh really? They would have us believe that when someone writes a document for the establishment of a government that the documents meaning would change just because time had passed. And who would be the deciding voice on that change? And who would decide which passages are changeable and which were not? The absurdity of this belief should be, at once, plain for all to see; for how can law be established, and the Constitution is the gauge for all our law, if the basis for that law is transient?

For instance: what if you found out that you were of the pre 14th Amendment class of Citizen and did not require to pay certain license fees or that you could own your property outright without the fear of tax liens. In fact that every law that infringed upon your unalienable rights would automatically become void, but the government did not tell you. There would be a great deal of unhappy people in this world.

Following their attempt at "so-called" health care reform in 2009 and 2010 -- the first step in total nationalization of health care -- Washington will next to turn its attention to another broken program, the private retirement system. Although both health care and the private retirement system need real reform, the government, as usual, will use the problems to expand federal control and redirect the contributions currently going into quasi-private programs back towards the bankrupt coffers of the federal government.

In Copenhagen, where governments are now meeting on the so-called “climate change” issue, some of the same leftists have been on display, marching in the streets under the banner of “Climate Justice Action” to demand that the U.S. and other Western nations pay “reparations” and an “ecological debt” to the less developed nations.U.N. reports have put this figure at $24 - $45 trillion.
