PAYMENT METHODS - We use PayPal's shopping cart which accepts any current PayPal account as well as all major credit cards with prompt order fulfillment.  

SHIPPING - We ship all packages via the US Postal Service by Priority Mail. Orders are usually processed the next day and you should receive your order in 5-7 business days. For orders outside the continental USA it's possible PayPal will not be able to calculate shipping fees accurately, so if you live outside the continental USA, please call 906-774-4739 during normal business hours of 8:00am - 8:00pm CST for shipping information. In addition, some countries do not allow certain products to be shipped to their country and in these cases we would not be able to ship the forbidden products.  You will be informed of any exceptions or extenuating circumstances.  If you live outside the continental USA and place an order without checking on shipping, and a refund is necessary, a 5% fee will apply.

TAX - It is the comsumer's responsibility to pay appropriate taxes to their own state/country.  Remember that some states/countries do not charge tax on food products and/or supplements.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS - If a product is damaged in shipping, you must notify us by phone at 906-774-4739 within 4 days of receipt. We will ship your replacement as soon as we receive the damaged product. Damaged product should be returned to Avalon Health & Info, W7509 Upper Pine Creek Road, Iron Mountain, MI  49801.

RETURNS - If you wish to return a product that has not been opened and the seal has not been broken you must notify us within 4 days of receipt.  Call Avalon at 906-774-4739 to state your reason for return and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).  A 20% restocking feel will apply, but the remainder of the amount will be credited back to the PayPal account used for the purchase as soon as we receive the returned product.  Product should be returned to Avalon Health & Info, W7509 Upper Pine Creek Road, Iron Mountain, MI  49801.

SECURE SERVER - The information you submit to us is safe on the PayPal secure server system with full 128 bit encryption to reduce the risk of fraud and identity theft. 

PRIVACY - Your contact information will be kept strictly CONFIDENTIAL and will NOT be shared with any other party or mailing list. We will keep your contact information in our database for future announcements and sales promotions.
